Why does the vial seem to be empty?

The vial may appear empty due to containing small quantities (5mg, 10mg, 20mg) of product without filler, presenting as a minute amount. This product consists of raw substance without filler and is non-lyophilized (not freeze-dried), thus appearing as a light dusting within the vial. 

I received a nasal sprayer. Is there any product in it?

YES, nasal sprayers contain the raw/pure non lyophilized peptides in the nasal spray vial. Nasal spray bottles require bacteriostatic water/ sterile water to be added prior to use.

Instructions for mixing peptides that involve sprayers:

  1. Remove the white lid from the vial.
  2. If necessary, manually remove the metal rim, or use scissors.
  3. Peel off the seal from the sprayer.
  4. Twist the spray nozzle counterclockwise to remove it.
  5. Utilizing the provided 1 ml syringe, extract 3 ml of liquid from the spray bottle, one milliliter at a time. Inject this liquid into the vial by puncturing the gray rubber stopper with the needle.
  6. Shake or swirl the liquid within the vial until it covers the entire interior.
  7. Using the syringe again, withdraw the liquid from the vial and return it to the spray bottle, either by piercing the stopper or by removing the gray stopper and inserting the syringe directly into the vial.
  8. Transfer all of the liquid back into the sprayer bottle to complete the process.

How to mix peptides:

  • Before starting, allow the peptide and bacteriostatic water vials to reach room temperature for 30 minutes, away from direct light or heat sources. 
  • Start by disinfecting the stoppers of both vials using alcohol prep pads. 
  • Assemble the large sterile needle and syringe and draw in about 1mL of air. Then insert the needle into the vial with the sterile solvent. 
  • Inject the air inside the vial to prevent negative pressure and immediately withdraw the correct amount of sterile solvent needed for reconstitution (usually 1mL). 
  • Pull the needle out of the solvent and insert it into the vial with lyophilized peptide. Then drip or slowly inject the solvent from the syringe while aiming the needle tip at the vial wall. To prevent foaming, do not aim directly toward the powder or spray the solvent. 
  • Once researchers have injected the correct amount of solvent, they can dispose of the needle and syringe in a sharps container. 
  • Let the peptide dissolve naturally within the solvent. In addition, researchers can use sonication if available or very gently roll/swirl the vial. Avoid forceful tapping or shaking, as this can damage the peptide structure. Also, avoid tapping the syringe before injection. 
  • After the peptide has dissolved, check the clarity of the liquid and look for any particles. If the solution is cloudy or if there are any particles, discard it. 


Once the peptide is reconstituted, refer to the specific product label for accurate dosage and storage instructions.

Storage Guidelines:

Raw peptides, prior to reconstitution, typically maintain over 90% potency for a duration ranging from 4 to 10 months, depending on conditions and molecular complexity. Lyophilized peptides can potentially sustain over 90% purity for longer periods, around 6 to 14 months, subject to conditions and complexity.
