WHAT IS SLU-PP-332?

SLU-PP-332 is a novel synthetic small molecule compound developed at Saint Louis University that acts as a potent agonist of estrogen-related receptors (ERRs), particularly ERRα, which play crucial roles in mitochondrial function and energy metabolism—the same pathways activated during physical exercise.
